Where do you get thundrus in Pokemon white?

If you go near Opelucid City, and run to Route 9, you can walk inside go up the stairs in the middle, and you'll find a man in blue and yellow. He will ask you if you know about the thunerstone, you reply with yes, and you get a thunderstone! =)

Thundorus is a roaming legendary Pokemon to find him (White only) You need to reed the electric bullettin boards and sometimes it'll say a big unusuall storm is happen at route (Any number)

This is the same with Pokemon black but Its tornadus You can catch (Black only)

After getting all 8 Gym Badges, go to Route 10 and a lady will tell you about the odd weather in Route 7. Go to Route 7 and east of the Celestial Tower you will be pulled inside of a house. Another lady will tell you a story about the storm and the Pokemon. After leaving the house you will see Thundurus and it'll fly off again. It will appear randomly through tall grass, but you look at the electric bullentin boards and it'll tell you where the storm is at. Warning: it will change Routes pretty quickly so look at the bullentin boards most often.

Thundurus must first be spotted on the route to Chargestone Cave, after that you must read the Message Boards or be lucky to encounter extreme 'weather' which will indicate it is on your route. Be careful though if you encounter too many Pokemon without using Repel, Thundurus will move routes.

The TM Thunder can be bought from the lwer clerk at the Pokemart in Icirrus City.

The Pokemon Thunderous is exclusive to Pokemon White, so you won't be able to catch it in Pokemon Black. The only way to get it in Black would be through trade.
