Where do you go to find Kyogre Groudon and Rayquaza on Pokemon Emerald?

you can find groudon in terra cave, first go to the weather insttitute talk to the weatherman and he will tell you a location go there and you will see a small cave go inside

and save the game and there you will see groudon if you want to battle and catch him walk in front of him

I cant find groudon and kyogre Yeah you can 1: Beat the Elite 4 2: Talk to the Weatherman. He'll say a route. Go there. 3: Find a Diving/Cave you haven't seen before. (lol) 4. Go in there. Wazzah! Now you can battle, defeat, or flee. He is lv. 70. Good luck! (submitted by olivictor hope this helps)
According to the answer of another question, after beating the elite four, go to the weather institute on route 119 amd talk to the guy on the left of the room, then if it is raining, you will face Kyoger, and if it is dry, you will face groudon

Go to the Weather Institutes (South of Fortree City) Top Floor after beating the Elite Four. The Man at the far left will tell you there is a drought in route ______. (Go to the route he says, he says different route's every time.) There will be a cave there somewhere, and go in it. Groudon should be in there.Save before battling it!After you catch him go back to the Weather Institute, and the Man will tell you there is heavy rain in route ______. (Go to the route he says, he says different route's every time.) There will be a diving patch in that route that wasn't there before. Dive in there, and go into Kyogre's cave. Save before battling it! Good Luck!

to find groudon and kyogre, go to the weather institute and talk to this one guy on the far right on the second floor and he will say if ti is sunny or rainy in a certain route. sunny= groudon rainy = kyogre. to find raquaza, go to the sky pillar near pacifidalog city.
