you go to pyrite town and then tlk to nett he will tel u to tlk to the parts guy in the town where you get you eevee to evolve then the teen will tell you to go to dr.kaminko's lab you vers his assistant. then again in the robo groudon tlk to the teens grandpa after you win then go get the hover par for your scooter then you r in the desert area
