Only two Pokemon of these can learn Dig without a TM - they are Nincada (who learns Dig at level 45) and Trapinch (who learns Dig at level 41). None of these two Pokemon can learn Dig if they evolve.

∙ 12y agono Pokemon knows dig upon being caught but nincada and trapinch learn it if you don't let them evolve. you can get TM 28 which is dig just outside of Fallarbor from the fossil maniacs little brother

∙ 12y agoyou go to one of the rocks which have some smaller rocks around it (there is one in the desert by mauville, one in the sea, and one in a cave somewhere.) use dig in front of it you go inside. make sure you have a wailord and a relicanth in your party. go up to the top and there will be some words in brail (there will be the brail translated into English in your leaflet you get with the game, but if you don't have it it says put either wailord first in your party with relicanth second or vice versa.this is if you want to catch the three regis :
