She doesn`t stay in challengers cave. you have to meet her in (I forgot the towns name but it has the abyssal ruins.) Town. she is in one of the villas. you can challenge her any time the first time, but after that you can only challenge her daily in the Spring.

Cynthia cannot be found in Challenger's Cave. You can find her in her Villa in Undella Town. During the first meeting you can find her in her Villa regardless of the season however after the first battle, you will only be able to battle her during the in-game season of Spring. Her Pokémon consist of Spiritomb, Garchomp, Milotic, Lucario, Braviary and Eelektross.
