I have read numerous books on the life of John Wayne. I have read quotes of his concerning family members including his only sibling Robert. I find it very strange that a sister suddenly surfaces after all this time. Reguardless of what was 'supposed' to be in Wayne's father's obituary it's hard to believe Wayne would never have mentioned another sibling.
