Where is the move hm fly in Pokemon pearl?

The HM for Fly is located in Celadon City, near the Bike Route. The cut HM will need to be used to cut a down a bush on the left side of the town. After moving left through a building, the man who will give you the HM is in a small house above the Bike Route.

You get the HM in the Team Galactic Warehouse after you battle two Team Galactic Grunts in a Tag Battle with Lucas/Dawn.Then after you beat them, you go inside the warehouse then you see the hm bewtween two boxes.
