First ,after you beat the Elite Four you wake up at home so watch your tv and it will talk about the flying Pokemon that will start everything. If you have another sapphire or emerald version trade a latias to your sapphire then use the pokedex to track it down. Don't have a spare latias roaming around? Go to mauville city and go to the route left of the city and stay in the grass latias may show up but take some time in this grass until you know for sure its not there if its not there leave the area and go to verandturf town but then go back to the route you where just on try finding latias again if you still fail try going right of mauville city and stay in the water or grass to find latias. Keep going back and forth until you find it now use your masterball.. don't have it? Weaken it then find it again and put a Pokemon like wobuffet first then use many ultra balls to catch it.

∙ 13y agoOnce you find steven in kanto he will show you a picture of latias. he says that latias has came to kanto. if you look on the map its facde will be on there. he is just like entei and raikou so you have to roam around to find him
