you find mewtwo in the cave blocked by the man. to make him leave you have to get the national pokedex then get the ruby and the Sapphire then go to one island and go to the PC then go then talk to the guy in front of the big thing. the first time you talk to him he will take the ruby the second time you talk to him he will take the Sapphire. then go back to the cave and it wont be blocked anymore, then go in the cave and search for mewtwo. the cave is not hard but it takes a long time. mewtwo will be level 70, bring alot of ultra balls or if you saved your master ball catch it with the master ball.
