Where is Mewtwo in cerulean cave HeartGold?

First of all when you get there Surf along the path you will come to an intersection going up and down. go down. go up the SECOND ladder you see. Go left to another intersection. left or down. again down. follow the path all the way to the ladder going down. Almost there, go down to the ladder going down. When you get down there follow the path until MEWTWO

Mewtwo lives only in Kanto. Pokémon Crystal takes place in Johto. That probably means Mewtwo can NOT be found in Pokémon Crystal. But, if I'm wrong, Mewtwo is in the Cerulean Cave.Never been there? Go across the Nugget Bridge until you reach a river. Use a Surfing Pokémon to Surf until you find a cave entrance. Watch out, the Pokémon inside are very strong. If you manage to him, you'll find Mewtwo at level 70. His moves are Psychic, Safeguard, Swift, and Recovery. Recovery lets Mewtwo heal, Swift never misses(but it's a weak attack either way), Safeguard protects him from status problems (giving you a harder time to get him into a Poké Ball), and Psychic is his only Psychic-type move and his strongest attack (it's sort of weird, as the Cerulean Cave is full of Fighting-types). Your best bet is to weaken him enough (at least in low yellow) and throw an Ultra Ball at him.

Note: Mewtwo is not to be confused with Mew.

First go across the giant golden bridge north of cerulean town, then turn left and go through the giant patch of grass all the way to the end. Surf across the water and to the left the cave should be there. BEWARE: Going through the cave is really tough and is really hard to get to Mewtwo which is at the end. You would also need flash and you need to beet all the gymleaders in both regions.
