Remember the Safari zone on Pokemon FireRed? well... in the story line the Safari warden (slowpoke guy) went on vacation and the Safari got knocked down and now it is a Pal Park only accessibe after all 8 badges in johto.

After you defeat the elite 4, you will be able to go to Kanto. Go to Fuscia City where Jasmine the gym leader is. You can take the bike path to get there. If you have played Fire red or Leaf Green, you should remember that the safari zone is in this city. Go to the top of the city. You should see an enterance. That is where it is.
As a matter of fact there is, if you have played Pokemon fire red or leafgreen it is where the old safari park used to be in fuscia city I think where koga used to be a gym leader after finishing that bike route that forces you to go downhill.
