in cinibar island theres a lab where you can give the scientist in the right your fossil {helix or dome matters which you picked} and give it to him go out the door and go back in and talk to him he will give you the Pokemon but if you have the fossil to get aradactol u have to go to the city where the 1st gym leader is and theres a lab north which u need cut to get in{ you can find the hm cut in s.s anne in vermillion city hope this helps awesomekid545

∙ 12y agoIt is called Pal Park in Soul Silver. I know because I have it. In Kanto, (where the other 8 badges are) In Fuschia City, it is at the north end of the city. You need the gameboy advanced games, however. (Pokemon LeafGreen, FireRed, and Saphire)

∙ 12y agoNowhere: You cannot transfer anything from any game besides Gen 3 to leafgreen, as far as I know. This is due to the inability to link from the GBA to the Game Boy Color.
