In Pokémon Black 2, in order to get to Rebirth Mountain known as Reversal Mountain in the American version of the games, you will need to beat Skyla and you would've also need to spoken to Professor Juniper who is on the first floor of the Celestial Tower at which point you can go into the airport in Mistralton City and you'll be taken to Lentimas Town and then you can head over to the Pokémon Center and continue east of it and you'll enter into the outside area of Reversal Mountain, continue through the path as well as possibly battling the two Pokémon Trainers that are riding bikes if you haven't fought them yet and then you'll come across a staircase or a slide in which you can go down and you'll arrive in front of a cave entrance which is entrance to the interior portion of the Reversal Mountain.
