You have to complete the other browser entrees, then talk to Barlow to learn of a new Pokemon, after that go to Ranger Union to receive more detail. It is in a vortex in the center of the room in Hippowdown Temple with the arrows that move you in a direction. Go there to place the Regis on the pedestals and prepare for possibly the toughest single battle in the game.
I recommend using Shieldon as a partner, seeing as it is the most effective partner in the game. Just fling a bolt at bosses so they tire out and can't attack, then circle like mad and get a large sphere of energy and fling it at him once he's not tired anymore. After your assist is over, you should have looped enough so that you can immediately go into another assist. -Apocalypstic
To find Regice, go to Almia Castle, the top most floor, and right and go into the room where you find Mismagius. You need to melt an Ice Statue with a Magmortar, found in the left Volcano Cave on Boyleland. You can find just southeast(Right-Down) of the first save point in the cave.
To find Regirock, go to the Ranger Union, go down a bit and grab a Floatzel and sail down, then right, and then down the waterfall and dock. Continue downwards on foot till you find a cave with a Stone Statue and break it using a Garchomp, found in Hippowdown Temple, right before you fall into the hole that leads to the crystal room.
To find Registeel, go to the Chroma Ruins, and follow the path that leads to the crystal room. You should come across a Steel Statue. Cut it into fragments using a Gallade, found in the Altru Building, floor 9, the room directly above the elevator. Side note-There are actually 2 Gallades there.
Note that you have to finish the game to get any of these pokemon. -Apocalypstic
