So much for short XD As a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Remus Lupin was part of a gang. The gang was made up of four students: James Potter, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew. James, Sirius and Peter knew Remus was a werewolf and repeatedly made taunting jokes about it. Remus played along, as he never had any real friends and just wanted people to like him. His nickname was Moony. Many years later, after he left Hogwarts, he applied for the job of a Defense Against The Dark Arts teacher at Hogwarts. When he was on the train travelling to Hogwarts; Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ronald*Ron* Weasly sat in the same seat compartment as he slept. Suddenly, the train screeched to a halt and Dementors interferred Harry's mind. Remus woke up and cast Expecto Patronum. At the school, during Defense Against The Dark Arts lessons, Remus taught how to recognise a boggart, he taught Harry how to get rid of Dementors using Expecto Patronum, and, caught up with Harry, Ron and Hermione whilst they were in the Shrieking Shack with Harry's unknown Godfather - Sirius Black. The two old friends hugged and Remus explains everything to Harry. Ron's rat, Scabbers, happened to be Peter Pettigrew who betrayed Harry's parents (who were also friends of the group of four, thus organising a society ordered by Albus Dumbledore - The Order Of The Phoenix) they try to catch Peter, but he escapes outside near the Whomping Willow - where Remus transforms into a werewolf and almost kills Sirius Black. The dementors catch up with Harry and Sirius by the lake and Harry performed Expecto Patronum. Many years after, it is implied that Remus is married to Nymphadora Tonks; also a member of the Order of The Phoenix. They have a baby and name him Teddy - after Tonk's father, Ted. During the Battle of Hogwarts, whilst fighting Death Eater, Antonin Dolohov, Remus is killed with the killing curse - Avada Kedavra. Nymphadora is also killed.
