β 14y agoAfter you beat all 16 gyms and Red (mt. silver), go to Silph Co. (Saffron City) Steven will give the option to take torchic, treecko, or mudkip.

β 13y agoYou can only obtain Sceptile if you choose Treeko to start, then evolve it at lv 16 and once more at lv 36 into Sceptile
