In north of Snowpoint city but you cant go in unless you have the national pokedex then The Snowpoint Gymleader will come tell the girl gaurding the Temple that's its OK for you to go in .............you can find some high LV Pokemon in there and its the place yo can catch Regigigas in but you have to have the 3 Regis with you +thers a hard icey maze you have 2 solve to get to it..................Good luck.
