you go to kanto after beating red at mt silver.go to saffron city and go inside the copy cats girl house go upstairs ask her. after go to vermilion city.next go inside the pokemon fan club talk to the guy with the clefairy doll.and he will give you it.go back to saffron city and return it to her.but before you get to saffron city a person named steven comes up and talks about latias/latios heartgold for latias/soulsilver for latois.return the dol back to the girl.after try to gte a fortress to trade steven at silph co at saffron city when he trades you he trades you hes beldum for your fortress and beldum turns to metang at lvl 20 and metagross at lvl 45. :D have fun

Go to mossdeep after destroying the elite 4 then go to Stevens house and there will be a pokeball. It contais a beldum which evolves into a metang then to a metagross.
