Or if you are further in the game you can train at the Pokemon league like me.I just use my Emp0) aoleon (level 10nd fight while my steelix (lvl 46) gains exp using the Exp.share item which can be obtained by professor Rowan's assistant in Eterna City.At the bottom near Cycling road.

Heracross level 50 (from honey tree west of eterna city)

You can train it anywhere.

Best tthing to do is get exp share st ick it on the Pokemon you want to train and go to Pokemon leuge and complete it again and again.

Its easy but long winded. ive completed the Pokemon leuge 11 times. plus rayquaza lv.92 and 328 attack stat so hahhaha.

level 1 --- level 15 = train around on grass outside twinleaf town sandgem town / jubilife city

level 16 --- level 30 = train on Pokemon around on grass where you can handle

level 30 --- level 60 = beat every gym leader and every trainer

level 60 --- level 100 = (when you start, have alot of Pokemon with you) go do Pokemon league lots of times until your Pokemon is level 100

Ha. Good question. If your Pokemon are at a level of 45-50, then listen up. After you beat the Elite 4, go to Pacifidlog town. Surf east until you find an and small kind of maze. If you see it, go left, up, right, up, then you find a cave, with no Pokemon. Go up until you reach the exit, then you arrive at Sky Pillar, where Rayquaza is found. Save your data at least before 2 steps at the entrance. Done? Read below for more.

For Pokemon at the Level of 40-50:

Stay and train at level one (means floor one).

For Pokemon at the level of 50-55:

Stay and train at level 3 or above (means floor 3 or above).

Keep on training, and you'll have strong Pokemon at no time.
