on route 217 start in snowpoint city. then go left then down to route 217. go down to the rock climb place and then go up past the tree to the right and then turn right and keep on going until you hit the trees all the way to the right. go up until you can't then go left and there will be a little opening and you go in there and go up and you will find a stone that has no patch of grass to the left, right, top, and bottom of it. That is the ice rock. If you are there for glaceon all you have to do is use a rare candy on your eevee and it will evolve into a glaceon.
