on route 217 start in snowpoint city. then go left then down to route 217. go down to the rock climb place and then go up past the tree to the right and then turn right and keep on going until you hit the trees all the way to the right. go up until you can't then go left and there will be a little opening and you go in there and go up and you will find a stone that has no patch of grass to the left, right, top, and bottom of it. That is the ice rock. If you are there for glaceon all you have to do is use a rare candy on your eevee and it will evolve into a glaceon.
It's in this route 217, on the route to snowpoint city.
With it you can evolve Eevee into Glaceon by leveling it up in that patch of grass.
By the way, it's exactly the same place as in Pokemon diamond's.
I presume you mean the rock where Eevee evolves into Glaceon. 1. You get your Eevee. 2. Head up towards SnowPoint City. 3. At a certain point, you head slightly left to go to Snowpoint. Instead, go right. You'll see a house (where you get a Spell tag from a girl), and up ahead is a rock covered in snow and ice. 4. Level up your eevee next to the rock through battle or Rare Candy. 5. Congratulations! Your EEVEE evolved into GLACEON. There's no other way to evolve Eevee into Glaceon.
If you mean nevermelt ice, its in a cave somewhere. If you mean a crushable rock that has been frozen over with ice, near snowpoint city. In the far north-east corner of the huge area of only snow, near the only house.
