You need a warp code and it's on a island called Adventure Island. You need to get there by using the ferry in Lily Cove. You can also get deoxys, ho-oh, and lugia using a warp code. There is a video online on the subject.

∙ 8y agoMew is an event in all the Pokemon games, but it can be glitched in Pokemon Yellow. You may research it to get an accurate answer. You can get Mew in Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, if you have 999 in your Pokemon Farm (it is a separate game) and Hailey will give you a Mew in return. You can transfer this Mew to Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. The rest of the games you will need to trade for Mew or use a cheating device.

you can find mewtwo in cerulean cave after beating the elite four twice and all 16 gyms.

∙ 10y agoYou have to wait until 10:15 and go to mystery gift and get a receive a item at wifi conntion and you receive a mew then you have to go to a market and talk to a green hat man then you have your mew.
And there is another way, but it is very difficult, you'll have to find that one out yourself.
You can't. But you can get Mewtwo in the Cerulean Cave in Cerulean City. You can only get it by Mystery Gift, sorry.
