though red is the best trainer u can challenge he does not talk nor congragulates u for beating him after u fight him he disappears n u cant find him anywhere not even in his house in pallet town

∙ 13y agoRed disappears after you defeat him, with no sign or trace. Red comes back to the top of Mt. Silver occasionally after it has been a while since you have defeated him.

∙ 13y agoAfter you beat Red, the only way to make him reappear is to defeat the Elite 4 again. he will then be on top of Mt Silver again. You can do this as many times as you want.

you can battle him again though. Just battle the Pokemon league and defeat them all. Red will reappear the exact spot you found him.
