Shaymin can be found on Pokemon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum in the Flower Paradise. Flower Paradise is in the most North Eastern part of the map at the end of Seabreak Path. This area can only be accessed with Oak's Letter which is an event exclusive item.

Go to the route Right of the Pokemon league after beating the elite 4 and find oaks letter then Go across the almost never ending flower paradise.or if u have action replay than u go to where theres the last gym walk across that water and u will find the cutest Pokemon ever.: )
