go to pacifidlog town. you should be able to fly straight there if you have fly. then surf to the right keeping near the rocks at the top of your screen. when you see a gap in them, follow them round until you get to some land with a cave. go into that cave and go up the steps. but you will need a mach bike for further on as there are cracks in the floor, and you need to go over really quickly.
