At Striaton City. There are three gym leaders, although you can only battle one depending on which starter you have. If you choose Tepig, then you will have to battle Cress who has a panpour and lillipup, if you choose Snivy you have to battle Chili who has a pansear and lillipup, and if you choose Oshawatt you have to battle Cilan who has a pansage and lillpup.

∙ 11y agowell when u beat the elite four and lance the champ u can get a boat called the ss ann it only goes from the city with the lighthouse sry i havnt played it in a long time so i dont remember the name of the city then when u have the s.s ann ticket you go to the plaace with the boat then youl c proffesor oak when youl c him hel say that u cn go to the kanto reagon and then u go on the boat and in the fist city where u arrive will be the city with th gym
