ask pigby he'll tell you how to get there you just have to go to his house. it's in celadon city . when you get there go inside of the third house and spin around in a circle thirty-six times and pigby will apear when he does tap on him seven times then a light will appear over his head . the room will start to spin around and the screen light will start to flash on and off then weird music will start playing pigby will start floating over your head and float around you really slowly at first and then gradually faster and soon you will appear in this strange land. then pigby will ask you what you are doing in his house automatically you will ask him where the Pokemon colosseum is and he will sprinkle dust on you and then you will appear at the place ! that's it that's all you have to do.
