Safari Zone
You have to go to Safari Zone, the easiest area to find it in is Area 3.
Tauros can be found in the Safari Zone at Area 2 and Area 3.
First go to Fuchisa City and buy yourself a safari-game for 500 bucks then start the search of your Tauros!
Get the national dex and use honey south from Hearthrome but that's the only place they'll be attracted by honey and you can only get them with honey.
Or you could use the poke radar on routes 209 and 210 just above and below solaceon town. they are very rare though....they are not that hard to catch it took me under 20 minutes. Go to route 225 they are swarming there
first you need a Pokemon that knows defog and a Pokemon that knows rock smash and a Pokemon that knows rock climb. go to veilstone city.leave to the path to pastoria. keep to your right.eventually you see a path between the trees. go through it. it should say spring path at the top and the music should get spooky. at the end of the path there is an entrance like the one to eterna forest. go through it. then theres a clearing with some tall grass. in the grass the Pokemon are lv 52-54. if you see a staravia you should catch it and level it up on time it will evolve into a sick staraptor. anyway keep going forward you see a spot where you can do rock climb. do rock climb there. go around the square looking thing that youre standing on. theres a lot of tall grass. once you are at the other side there is another spot to do rock climb. use rock climb. once down you go into a cave entrance. use defog inside. just keep wandering around till you find giratina. every time you see a pillar with an inscription read it. save before battling giratina in case you knock it out. giratina is lv 70. you need national-dex or you wont find spring path.
go to your map and look for a place called spring path then go to it and go on te water and go into the cave go past the third pillar and he should be there tip save before trying to catch im he will not run
In firered and leafgreen version of Pokemon you can go into the fuschia city safari zone and catch tauros but you must be in Area 3 of the safari zone because that's where tauros is. Its rare and hard to catch though.
You can get a Tauros either above or below Solaceon Town. You must use a poke radar in grass patches to get this pokemon.

You can get it in the Safari Zone at Fushia City but the chances are very low.

By going in the Safari Zone .In Pokemon Blue Version, I knew exactly where Tauros would appear which was like behind one of the rest buildings in a small patch of grass. == == == == == == == == === === === === Yes, Tauros is still there. It's just like Pokemon Red and Blue, except Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen are updates of those. Pokemon like Tauros are still in their original places. You can catch a tauros in the safari zone. When I caught my tauros, I used the following pattern:rock, ball, rock, ball, rock, ball, rock, ect.
route 38 in Johto. just go through the grass and you will find a level 15-17 tauros in 1-5 encounters or you could go to the safari zone and choose the "savanna setting" you will find a level 17 tauros and if you put down 5 peak items, you can get a level 41 tauros, (but they are harder to find in the safari zone)
