if you know where eterna forest is then you go through there and then you go across the bridge and then you're there. Also what may help is the fact that you might want to look at your map for more help. If you don't know how to get to your map then I'll tell you.
1) press x on your ds
2) choose the option of "bag"
3) then you will see a row
the selection is:
items, medicine, poke balls, TM's and HM's, berries, mail, battle items and key items.
4) I have wrote them in order. select key items.
5) select town map.
