∙ 12y agoHe's in Pastoria city in that house by the guy that says he's in the middle of the town, but he can only make your Pokemon remember a move so i recommend to get a GameShark for the ruby Sapphire or emerald version and get a legendary or strong Pokemon and go to the move tutor there (who's in the city that has team aquas hideout i think) he teaches them actual different moves, then migrate that Pokemon or more (you migrate by inserting the GBA version and scroll down to were it says migrate then press A and select six Pokemon to go to pal park) but you need to either beat the elite 4 or get national dex. i don't know how much a gameshark costs but it's probably at GameStop or somthing. sorry this is really long

∙ 12y agoMove tutor is in Pastoria city. Outside are to men who look the same, if you see them your at the right home. Go inside and talk to him. BEWARE!! He will only make your Pokemon remember a move IF you have the all wanted HEART SCALE.
