Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Battle of the Labyrinth takes place in a variety of settings. In order, Percy travels from Goode High School to Camp Half Blood, and then from the camp to the Labyrinth. Within the Labyrinth, he goes to Alcatraz, the Triple G Ranch, Hephaestus' workshop, and Mt. St. Helens. After (accidentally) blowing up Mt. St. Helens, Percy lands in Ogygia. From Ogygia, he travels on a raft to Camp Half Blood again, and then goes to New York to meet Rachael Elizabeth Dare, and then they go in the Labyrinth again. They end up in Antaeus' coliseum, and then to Daedalus' workshop, in the Garden of the Gods in Colorado. They go back in the Labyrinth (having flown out of the workshop) and end up at Mt. Orthys, and then in Carlsbad Caverns. They then go back to Camp Half-Blood to fight in the Battle of the Labyrinth, and then Percy goes back to his house, where the book ends.
