You can find stores in Oldale Town, Petalburg City, Rustboro City, Slateport City, Mauville City, Verdanturf Town, Fallabor Town, Lavaridge Town, Fortree City, Lilycove City (Super Department north of the Pokemon Center), Mossdeep City, Sootopolis City, and in Ever Grande City. (The Pokemart is merged in the Pokecenter. Once you enter it, turn to the right.)
