After beating Evice and then fighting Gonzap again in the Snagem Hideout, you'll find a D-Disk for the UFO in the Under. Go use that, and the Steel Teeth are down there.
In Pokemon, you'll find the steel dentures in the deep colloseum. Note to get there you must have beaten Evice (the fat man in realgam tower). You get the d disk then use it on the UFO.

if you can connect colosseum to a gba, then trade the Pokemon to the gba game and migrate!

To get the L-Disk, you need to first obtain the D-Disk from Gonzap in the Team Snagem Hideout. Use the D-Disk in The Under and the UFO will take you to the Deep Colosseum. On the ground there will be something shiny (this is not the L-Disk). Pick up the item. It will be a pair of steel teeth. Return to the main section of The Under and use the F-Disk. Talk to the old man near the side of the gorge in front of the Under Colosseum and he will ask for the teeth. He will give you the L-Disk in exchange.
Pokémon Colosseum happened in 2003.
