its between snowpoint and celestic town its very snowy you can abonsnow, snover, medicham, meditite, and machoke go inside battle 2, 3, or 4 galactic minions walk 2 floors and you'll end up back outside go up 3 floors and battle 2-3 minions walk ahead. your at spear pillar where you double battle two grunts and you double with your rival to battle mars and jupiter. after theyre beaten ur rival will heal your pokemon and u battle cyrus in dp only and u catch dialga or palkia but in platinum u chase him in distortion world and battle him and catch or kill giratina.
