You Will Find It Under The Bike Bridge Leading From Eterna City To Route 206. Also You Will Need Cut To Cut The Trees And a bike. Once You Have Done That you could do this:you can get TM 26 earthquake at the battle frontier for 48 battle points Or You Can Do This:Go under the bike path and go in the secret entrance(not the one you can see)

go to the hiker on the right and stand right above him

Then walk exactly 12 steps to the left

Then head straight up and you will find yourself in the secret entrance where you can find TM26. There You Go That's How You Get It. =)

if you're referring to TM26 Earthquake, follow these instructions.

1.) Fly/travel to Oreburgh City.

2.) Bike(you MUST have a bike) north until you reach the entrance to the bike path. instead of going in, go to the right where you will see 2 small trees. Cut one/both of them down and go through.

3.) Keep heading north(super/max repel recommended) until you reach the Hiker. battle him.

4.) GET OFF YOUR BIKE.

5.) Stand directly above the hiker. take 12 steps to the left.(warning:you now cannot see yourself)

6.) head directly up and you will go into a cave where not only you can find Gible, but TM26 as well.
