if you are talking about Red he is at the top of mount silver and if you are talking about your other rival you only have to battle him a few times but not completely sure about where the exact viliages are
You first find your rival in Cherrygrove City. Then there a couple other places that I forgot about. Next you should find him in Victory Road. I think the next time you find him is in Moon Cave then He leaves to go to Dragon's Den, behind Blackthorn City. I'm still looking for the rest :) Hope I helped ;) Happy rival hunting.

∙ 13y agoFirst off, you don't battle AGAINST you Rival...you battle WITH him in a double battle against Clair and Lance. He says "Wow, you've gotten stronger, maybe the Master was right :O" After that he goes off and trains some more...I don't know where he goes after that, try Mt. Moon?
