Latios and Lataos fly to random places every time you try to go near it it runs away, so try to just randomly fly to places go to your pokedex and search area for latios or lataos and see if you did it =-) hope it helped!!!!!

∙ 14y agolatios is only in ruby. after you beat the elite four, you will be back at your house. when you go downstairs, after taliking with your dada for a bit, go watch the tv. it will mention a blue pokemon, and then latios will appear randomly across Hoenn.

∙ 14y agoOnly in RUBY and EMERALD. You also can cheat to catch them in the other games but that's illegal. You can also trade latios from ruby and emerald in other games.
