Fist go to Solaceon Town. Then go past the lost tower and the Pokemon daycare and you see this field looking area it has tall grass and everything. Then go up this bike slope and to the right there are stairs, go down them and walk through the grass and theres a woman talk to her and she'll give you a big story about flying and then she gives you roost.
