The only way to obtain a Leaf Stone, aside from trading a Pokemon holding that item from another game (Which is way too bleh for me) is to participate in the Pokelathon, which is located west of the National Park. You may buy all of the Elemental Stones from the vendors, but only on certain days. Leaf Stone can be bought on Saturday for 2,500 points. (If it's not Saturday when you want it, simply go to your DS main screen and change the date. Simple as that.)
