If you have the Oak's Letter (Nintendo Event), you can catch Shaymin at the end of Route 224. A Membership Pass (Nintendo Event) let's you get in the Harbor Inn in Canalave, where you fall asleep in a bed and wake up on Newmoon Island. That's how you get Darkrai.
