First get the national pokedex then go to velistone city there go down to route 214

and on the right side there will be an opening called spring path go down there hes lv seventy so make shor you have a high lv Pokemon he has no weak ness right all Pokemon around there are ranged fronm lv 50 to 65 sort of you need rock climb not surf some people say you do but not and rock smash you don't need it but you will get to him quicker first when you go in you go strait throu the grass repels don't work then go up after use rock climb go turn right all round the outside to evoid lots of grass rock climb down to the cave go in and go up don't stop once you pass 3 pillers you will go up one more and find giratina if you don't have rock smash when you cant make it to the next bit always go left.

If you bring over the special Arceus given away for the 12th movie you can go to Sinjoh ruins somewhere in johto (ruins of alph maybe?). Go there with arceus on your team and Cynthia ( Sinnoh champion I beleve) will say something to the effect of " arceus can create certain pokemon". Soon after you will get a choice to create lvl1 dailga( holding admant orb), lvl1 palkia (holding lustrious orb) or lvl1 Giratina (holding Griseous orb) you can only do this once per soulsilver version. There are some rumours that you may do this with a normal arceus from diamond or pearl.
