If you go to Violet City and go to the Pokemon Center there should be a man standing by the cp. His name is Primo, he'll ask you to answer some questions about his TV show The Big Brother. Answer his questions. Then scroll down on the page once you enter all the needed information into the website. When you see a picture of Slugma use the codes under the picture as the answers to Primo's questions. He'll then give you a Slugma egg which you'll have to carry with you until it hatches, like all eggs.
