This unlocks the Relocator on the main menu screen. For the next part, you need another DS and a Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heart Gold, or Soul Silver version game with the Celebi that was given at GameStop. Transfer Celebi over with the Relocator, and take it to the Game Freak building. When you talk to the kid on the first floor, he will become Zorua and try to join your party.

∙ 10y agoIn order to get Zoroark in Pokémon White 2, you will need to accept the gift from one of the Seven Sages that can be found in Driftveil City. The gift he will give you will be Zorua. Zorua will be able to evolve into Zoroark once it reaches Level 30.
