Walt Disney had two apartments inside the Disneyland (Anaheim, CA) theme park. One was above the Firehouse next to City Hall, the other was in the upper level (closed to public) of New Orleans Square. In Disney World (Orlando, FL) the apartment for Disney's family was created high inside the Cinderella Castle. However, Walt passed away before the Magic Kingdom and the apartment were completed, and the apartment was left unfinished. Over the years, the space (which is serviced by an elevator) has been used for storage, a telephone switchboard, and a Cast Member dressing room. Want to see where the apartment is? Look for three small windows with pointed arches near the top of the Castle, facing Fantasyland and Liberty Square.

Walt's first home was on Lyric Ave on the corner of St. George St in Los Angeles, CA. His brother Roy lived in an identical home next door. The house still stands and has been recently renovated.

Walt and wife Lillian were looking forward to building a family, and in 1932 he built a large home on Woking Way in Los Angeles. This house is also still standing.

His next home was on North Carolwood Drive between Brooklawn Drive and Hanover Drive. The house has since been demolished, and a new residence stands in its place.
