Where you can find the TM thief in Pokemon leaf green?

You use the TM Theif like any other TM in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. You have it in your items, you select it, and you use it. Once the list of Pokemon comes up, the ones highlighted red cannot learn the move, the others can. Select a Pokemon and delete a move if neccessary. TM Theif can also be used in dungeons by the same method.

Go to Eterna City and go to the Team Galactic base. Use cut but don't go into the building. You should see a Poke ball. Click A in front of the Poke ball and you will get TM47, thief.

Go to the TM that you want to use, select the Pokemon that you want to use it on, and have it learn the move. Keep in mind that not every Pokemon is compatible with every TM, so you'll want to see which Pokemon learn which TM before using it. If you're playing any game before the 5th generation, when TMs became infinite use, you'll also want to think about which Pokemon you want to use the TM on, as TMs are one-time use in those games.

It is located at Mount Moon, at Basement Level two. There is a Trainer in front of it, so I'm sure you can find it.
