defence: deoxys (defence forme) Shuckle has both the highest defense and special defense. Deoxys can only have 420 defense and sp. defense at max,while shuckle can have up to 614 defense and 614 sp. defense.
hp: blissey (at lvl 100 it has over 650 hp!
