Ron and Harry found out from Aragog, then Hermione found out at the library at the same time. She wrote on a piece of paper that she basilisk is moving though the pipes and she kept in her hand when she was petrified by the basilisk. No, there won't be. The anniversary edition that was released for book one was more for the anniversary of the series, rather than just the book itself. Plus the fact that the anniversary of book two has come and gone with no special edition being released. This isn't to say that another version won't be released in the future, however.
