They have their own team in their own comics and movies. As to why they don't appear in the Avengers films: Until recently, each Marvel superhero was treated as the only superhero in his/her world, except in crossovers and especially in the movies. It would be logistically difficult, not to mention prohibitively expensive, to assemble the entire Marvel pantheon in a single production. However, this would not preclude "cameo" appearances as occurred leading up to the breakthrough Avengers movie. In the comics, this was often provided as an aside panel to explain why one hero or group has to save the world "by themselves."
Henrietta and her family chose to go to Johns Hopkins Hospital because it was one of the few medical facilities that offered specialized treatment for her cervical cancer. Additionally, Johns Hopkins was renowned for its research and medical advancements, which provided hope for better care. The family's decision was driven by the urgency of her condition and the belief that they would receive the best possible treatment there.
They both provided voices for the 2006 animated film version of "Charlotte's Web."

Henrietta Swan Leavitt was an American astronomer who discovered the relationship between the luminosity and the period of Cepheid variable stars. This discovery provided a way to measure the distances to faraway galaxies and paved the way for important advancements in the field of astronomy.

Henrietta Swan Leavitt is one of the greatest women to work in astronomy. Because of the distinction between men and women in the 1900's - she was not even allowed to work a telescope. She was classified as nothing more than a human computer, but her work pivoted the discovery of the period luminosity relation of Cepheid variables. This provided an important yardstick for measuring distances in the Universe, which was lacking at the time.Even though she made one of the greatest breakthroughs in astronomy, she was not credited with it, Edwin Hubble took it!!
