Your question doesn't make sense. Presuming you mean the 2013 TV series aptly titled Mickey Mouse featuring new shorts starring Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy & the rest, it wasn't called anything before the show began since the show didn't exist so it couldn't be called anything. If people were referring to the original short films, they simply say the original Mickey Mouse shorts. or the first Mickey Mouse cartoons.
Mickey Mouse was created, not discovered. He is an animated cartoon character created by Walt Disney in 1928.
Oswald did not develop into Mickey Mouse. Mickey Mouse was created after a man bought Oswald from Walt Disney and Walt was not able to make more cartoons of Oswald. The workers who worked for Walt were hired from the man who bought Oswald from Walt so Walt was all alone. Then he created another character called Mortimer Mouse. After he showed his wife his new creation, she said that Mortimer was not a good name for a mouse so she said a better name was Mickey Mouse. So Walt named the mouse Mickey Mouse but his original name is Mortimer Mouse.
Yes, Walt Disney did the voice of Mickey Mouse from 1928 to 1947. Disney also reprised his role in the opening and closing segments of the 1955-1959 run of The Mickey Mouse Club.Yes, he was the original voice actor for Mickey Mouse. Other voice actors for Mickey Mouse were James Macdonald and Wayne Allwine. And now it's Bret Iwan.
so he can take them off.AnswerWhen Mickey Mouse was made in 1928, zippers were not available on children's clothing AT ALL. It was a recent invention (see "zippers" in Wikipedia) and was not generally accepted as a fastener in clothing. The average men's trouser was fastened to the body with buttons. A child's pants were made with three buttons...one to secure the waist band, and two to secure the flap for "number one". Yes, there was a flap covering the privates. In men's clothing there were a series of buttons on either side, a style still seen in older Navy Seamen's dress blues. But a child's breeches were made as simply as possible, so the pants only had three buttons...one you didn't see, and two you did. So unintentionally, Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks gave the Mouse a preadolescent age in their animation. It was simpler to make Mickey's pants with two buttons rather than many.
yes. mickey mouse is from 1928 super Mario is from 1981.
older than Mickey Mouse and that mouse is old!!!!
Warner Brothers studios. He"s part of the Looney Tunes lineup, as are Bugs Bunny, Foghorn Leghorn ( Big chicken) Daffy Duck, and some others. Bugs originally came out in Movie cartoons as sound was phased-in in l927. He is therefore one year older than Disney"s Mickey Mouse, but this has never been widely publicized.

Actually moron who put Mikey which btw u spelled mickey like mickey mouse any way Gerard is older by 3 yrs so that makes Mikey the younger brother
Even if the term is limited to animated cartoons the answer is an emphatic NO! Both the King Features Syndicate ( Popeye, Felix the Cat, etc) and the Warner Bros Looney Tunes- Bugs came out in l927, antedate the earliest efforts of the Mousetro- Mickey Mouse did not come out until l928- So Bugs is a year older. As Warner Brothers was an established movie company- the WB crowd had a proverbial leg-up in early movie cartooning. The cartoons were short and were originally run during the intermissions when the projectors were being rewound.

Mickey Mouse, like many cartoons of the old school such as Felix the Cat ( older than Mickey for some years) and oddly by accident the first TV cartoon( Felix) was originally made in black and white newspaper cartoon and later animated cartoons. as you know, cartooning is a labor-intensive process, and would go down somewhat smoother and faster in black and white- maximum contrast by the way than color. that is the best explanation. The other major pre-disney Animal cartoon, only a year, older is Bugs Bunny, by Warner Brothers- l927- That"s all folks. By the way Mel Blanc was a voicer and not a cartoonist.
No,Disney is from 1920'sLooney Tunes is from 1930'sHope this helps
