It does not say, but he marries Kari in the year 2027.
He never made such a declaration.
yes yes a million times yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 100% yessorry but mainly it's implied but never truly shown as much as i like those 2 together their history together in the anime keeps them out of each others leagues and allthough he might like her he can't express it due to fear of rejection and loosing the amazing friendship they already have together.
Not unless there's a completely different set of Japanese episodes from what I've seen. Whoever told you that was probably just a crazed fan obsessed with the couple. Most evidence of Takeru (TK) and Hikari (Kari) liking each other that way (i.e. "I care about you." from Ep. 13) was actually added by the English dubbers. The only real evidence in the Japanese version that states that Hikari and Takeru were anything more than just good friends is that in the final episode, Tai's son calls Takeru "Takeru-ojisan" which does mean "Uncle Takeru." This is very debatable, however, since friends of the family are often called aunts and uncles, even when they aren't related to the parents- especially in Japan where any adult male, even a perfect stranger, can be referred to as "ojisan."
no! unless you are in a movie withh her and she has to kiss you.
