No, Luna Lovegood did not die in the last book, but Fred Weasley did. I know this because I have read the last book at least 6 times, and I know by heart who died in that book.
Harry Potter does not die in book seven. He does try to sacrifice himself in order to save his friends but he was not able to succeed.
